What these terms cover. These are the terms on which we provide our classes to you and your child. They explain what you and your child can expect from us, and what we can expect from you and your child. Please note, when we say ‘you’ in these terms, we mean you and, if different, the responsible adult(s) bringing your child to our classes.

What we do. Wonderkids Darts is a weekly sports class for children aged between 5 and 9 years old: where darts meets maths! The date, time and location of our classes, along with other information about us, can be found on our website.

Taking part. In order to attend our classes, you must sign up and make payment in advance, and have received confirmation of your place. If you sign up and make payment, but do not receive confirmation of your place within 24 hours of your booking, please let us know. Only those who have received confirmation of their place will be allowed to attend our classes. Please note bookings are made in half-term blocks and you are required to pay for all sessions, regardless of whether you attend.

Medical conditions and other relevant information. When signing up, you must declare any medical conditions relating to your child, as well as other mandatory information we request from you. It is vital you notify us, in writing (including by email), as soon as any of the information you provide us with changes.

Behaviour during our classes. We reserve the right to remove you and your child from our classes for any behaviour we (acting in our sole discretion) deem to be inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe. Where we do so, we will refund any classes you have paid for but will not be attending.

Cancellation by us. If we have to cancel, suspend or postpone a class for any reason, we will always give you as much notice as possible. In the event we are unable to find a suitable alternative, the cost of the class will be refunded. Our liability for any such cancellation will be limited to any refund and we will not be liable for losses of any kind incurred as a result of such cancellation. Any refunds will be arranged as soon as practicable.

If your child is sick. If you or your child is sick (e.g. COVID-19, sickness or diarrhoea), please do not attend the class. This is because we want to limit any risk of making others unwell.

No guarantees. Wonderkid Darts is just for fun. Our Wonderkid Darts team are not qualified teachers or professional darts players. We make no guarantees about the standard or output of our classes - or that your child will be the next Luke Littler!

Photographs and videos. Taking photographs or videos, as well as streaming in any form, is not permitted at any point during the class. If you do take photographs or videos, you will be asked to delete them in the presence of a member of the Wonderkid Darts team. We may, on occasion, take pictures or videos during our classes, however we will only do so where we have express permission and they will be readily available for you to view.

Spectators. Please make sure you are spectating in the areas marked as such. We request you do not interfere with the class and keep noise levels to a minimum to allow for the best communication to the class.

Suitable clothing and footwear. All those taking part in our classes should wear clothing and footwear suitable for sporting activities. If you have any questions about what your child should or should not wear, please contact us.

Our liability. We are not liable for any loss or theft of your or your child's personal possessions, and all property left by you is done so at your own risk. We will take every reasonable precaution to ensure security and safety at our classes, but we are not liable in any way for any loss, damage or personal injury arising from our class. However, nothing in these terms shall limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Our methods. As part of our classes, we will use a variety of teaching methods. By accepting these terms, you are agreeing that there may be instances where there is physical contact between a member of the Wonderkid Darts team and your child. The reasons for this are not exhaustive, but include demonstration and guidance on throwing technique, or for their safety.

Other terms:

  • We will use the personal data you provide to us (about you and your children) to supply our classes. Your email address will be used for all communications related to our classes. By providing us with your email address, you are agreeing to receive communication from us by email.

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of the services we provide, please speak to a member of the Wonderkid Darts’ team and they will try to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

  • Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

  • These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the services in the English courts.
